Peter A. Fish
Peter Fish received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Virginia and has over twenty-five years of professional experience balanced between law firm practice and serving as in-house counsel for public sector contractors. Peter has experience covering a broad spectrum of corporate, securities and other general legal issues affecting a growing enterprise including company formation and governance, executive employment agreements and compensation plans, corporate finance, securities offerings, commercial office leases, intellectual property protection, and labor and employment issues. He also has experience with a wide variety of legal issues arising under the laws and regulations governing the sale of products and services to the federal government and has negotiated and reviewed various types of contracts from non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, subcontracts, marketing agreements, software licenses and related agreements with partners, vendors and suppliers. In addition, Peter has handled investigations, audits, disputes, bid protests, claims, and requests for equitable adjustment for government contractor clients.
